and dissemination practices for this website and services provided through it by
MDS Financial Group Limited ABN 90 091 744 884 and its subsidiaries (“MDS Financial
Group”, "we", "us", "our").

Collection of personal information
We only collect personal information from you that is necessary for it to perform
our functions.
There are two kinds of information that we obtain from you:
Aggregate information:

broad demographic information for aggregate use and to help improve the quality

is connected with Personally Identifiable Information.
Personally identifiable information:
Personally identifiable information is any information that personally identifies
you. When you become a website member, we ask you for personal details. The personal

How we collect personal information

with a request for information or provision of service. Contracting out services
and disclosures We may contract out some services such as information mailing and
marketing to external contractors or service providers. We may disclose personal
information to these organisations. Any disclosure of personal information is limited
to that required to provide you with the services that we have contracted out. At
all times, parties to which we contract services or disclose your personal information

Access to personal information
Generally, you have the right to see or obtain a copy of personal information about
you that we may hold. We will handle requests for access to personal information

If you would like a copy of your personal information we have on record, please send your request to us in writing
and either post or fax that request to us. This is to ensure that we can verify
your identity. In some cases, we may need time to consider and respond to your request
for access. If we need time to consider your request, we will acknowledge your request
within 14 days and respond within a maximum of 30 days. Depending on the information
you want to access, where it is stored and the time it will take us to respond to
your request for access, we may charge you a fee for the administrative cost of
providing the information to you. If for any reason we refuse to give you access
to your information we will let you know why in writing. The circumstances in which
we may refuse to give you access to personal information we hold about you include
where giving you access would:
